Chicago, Illinois – May 16, 2019 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) announced today the acquisition of a collision repair center located in Trussville, Alabama.

This location previously operated as Myers Auto Collision Repair, servicing this market since 1988 and from the current location since 1997. Trussville is an eastern suburb of Birmingham and was included in Money magazine’s top 100 best places to live in America. The Birmingham Metropolitan Statistical Area is rapidly approaching 1.2 million people.

Chicago, Illinois – April 15, 2019 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) announced today the acquisition of three collision repair centers, including one intake center, located in the Buffalo, New York, area. The shops are located in Buffalo, Cheektowaga and East Amherst.

The locations previously operated as Carubba Collision, under the ownership of Sam Carubba for over 40 years. Gerber Collision & Glass previously acquired 18 other repair centers that were branded Carubba Collision and operated by Joe Carubba. Those acquisitions took place in early March 2019.

The shops are located in Beaverton and Portland, Oregon, and five in Washington ? two in Seattle, and one each in Burien, Kent and Olympia. These repair centers were all previously operated by Noel Pennington, who started the business in 2005 with a single Seattle location.

This location previously operated as Gordy’s Auto Body, serving this community for 30 years from the same location. Bullhead City is located on the Colorado River at the southern border of Lake Mohave, directly across from Laughlin, Nevada. Chicago, Illinois – March 20, 2019 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) today announced the March 18, 2019 acquisition of a repair center in Richland, Washington. This location previously operated as Atomic Auto Body and Detail and has served the community for 53 years from the same location. Richland is located at the junction of the Yakima and Columbia rivers and is part of the Tri-Cities market, which also includes Pasco and Kennewick.
