When I brought my car in, I expected a professional job but my expectations were exceeded! The personnel there are so friendly, it's as if they knew me when I walked in! Tom S. was so personable, it made this experience very pleasurable! It wasn't about "I see your car, this is what we'll do, we'll see you later." It was "Have a seat, let's chat!" I came in Saturday to pick up my house keys (forgot to detach them when dropping off my car) and a young gentleman there was very friendly and courteous. I love the people at this location; it makes me want to wreck my car purposely just to come back! (just kidding).
