Tom S was very helpful and kind. They said it would be ready on Friday and it was. They even emailed me the estimate instead of asking me to sit around with my kids for an hour. This is the main reason I decided to let Gerber fix my car. Good experience and would use Gerber in the future.

I have to admit, I was actually VERY pleased with not only the CUSTOMER SERVICE (George was very pleasant, polite and answer each and every one of my questions without hesitation) and with my car, the work that was done on it and how well it looked when I picked it up. They were very great about calling and updating me on the status of my car, and kept me updated pretty much each step of the way.. I am very happy with the way things went and will recommend your company to anyone I know that may need it! Thank you so much for everything! I will not go anywhere else, I am a very happy customer right now and will HIGHLY recommend you to others!
