What can I say besides the team here is on point! When I picked up my vehicle the blonde young lady was so excited to hear about my trip to Alaska, by the end of the conversation I invited her with us next time! She was so helpful when we went to the car the key battery was dead she offered to pay for a battery, but she also showed me how to get the key out! She was wonderful at the estimate and was just as wonderful at pick up! Keep up the good work.

There was an attempted theft on my Kia Soul. My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and Glass to do my repairs. There was great communication on the progress of my vehicle and they finished on time and went above and beyond my expectations. They dropped off my vehicle and returned my rental for me too. They explained everything that was repaired and replaced and they even put my new seat cover on for me that I could not do myself. My car was detailed and immaculate. They made me feel so much better about the bad situation. I am so happy with the service they provided. Such nice people too.
