Gerber Collison and Glass has been our autobody service provider for ten (10) plus years. I have brought my '98 Acura, '96 Honda Accord and my 2016 Honda Accord to Gerber for repairs of various kinds. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. The completed work has left my cars in a "better-than-new" condition. My latest autobody repair need was for the installation of a passenger side rear-view mirror that was taken off as a result of a large construction truck sideswiping the car. I had purchased an aftermarket mirror, but somehow was unable to install it properly. Fi, receptionist and administrator, greeted us warmly (as is her custom) and connected us with Josh A. who said they could install the mirror without a problem. About an hour after we had left the car at Gerber, we received a call from Fi ... indicating the work was completed. When I went to pickup, the car, Fi said there was no charge. I couldn't believe it! Businesses simply don't do anything without a charge. I will continue to be an enthusiastic promoter of Gerber Collison and Glass in Lynnwood. Thank you read more
