Derek B. was awesome as there was delays no one could have predicted. .. weather, flooding etc. There were some initial confusion with the insurance. Derek was patient and I always felt he was doing his best to get my car fixed and back to me. He called the care rental to let them know that the repairs were delayed and I was still using the rental. I walk with a cane and this was very important to me. This was the second time in twenty years I used Gerber and each time I was super please. Derek deserves a raise or promotion! Thanks Gerber!

There was extensive damage to the left front of my Nissan Murano. The repair was a success and my car looked new again. I had to take it back for a couple of minor adjustments, but they were taken care of in just a few minutes. They were very professional and were great at keeping me informed of the repair status.
