Needed a second opinion to get my car looked at to fix some dash lights after an accident. Timothy was great and told me that all it needed was for the front bumper to be properly calibrated. Was very informative and the staff kept me up to date about what was going on. Imperial body master was unable to get this fixed after leaving me hanging for 2 months so I had to find a shop to do it. So don't go here. Gerber on the other hand was awesome. They are the one stop shop for all your accident and glass needs. If I ever need a shop again I'm calling Timothy. Best experience I've had in a long time.

I am retired & on limited income. I hit a jutting out hitch in a Kroger parking lot ( which I could not see ). Due to the amount, & what I had to pay as my deductible, it was best I pay directly for the repair. They understood how upset I was, & since there wasn't any other damage to my front bumper, & it was my only car, the repair was done in one day. They even brought me home after I dropped it off in the am & picked me up in the pm. Professional service from employees who cared about their customers! Thank you.

I was very happy with the service done at Gerber on Omaha in Mesa. The looks brand new. I cant' tell at all that it was hit on the freeway by a blown out tire. The new painted bumper matches perfectly. It was very easy to drop off my car and get picked up to get a rental car for the duration of the repair. It was also very convienent to just leave the rental car at Gerber and drive off in my repaired car.I would definatelt use Gerber again if needed. I walso would like to say how friendly everyone was there too. I was kept informed of the service and called back when asked in a timely manner.

the entireMy car needed collision repair, and the entire staff was delightful to work with-Sarah, Edith, David & Eric were all very thoughtful and polite and very conscientious. You don't get this type of customer service hardly anymore. I also told them that fragrances and toxins make me sick, and they were very careful when they cleaned up my car after finishing working on it, so it wouldn't make me sick.
