I recently had my vehicle repaired as the result of a collision at Gerber in Longwood. This week actually, 19 July 2022. The process began with my phoning for an appointment to have an estimate completed. The initial phone interaction was outstanding. The Gerber folks assisted with every detail to include having the rental car folks pick me up at the time of repair. Their courteousness and professionalism throughout, made the entire process painless. They were obvious in their efforts to make it all easy for me by providing an unparalled level of service. They kept me advised during the time of the repair and at completion the workmanship was flawless. I could not be more pleased. In my interaction with the folks at Gerber; they made a difficult and normally unpleasant situation straightforward and uncomplicated. Finally, I used Gerber in ... Tampa, FL about seven years ago. They were the epitome of professionalism. It is obvious they have gotten only better over time and they have the highest recommendation I can give. If you're reading this review, you don't need to go further. Gerber is your best choice. I am so impressed with the quality repair of my vehicle. It looks and drives like new. Some clear coat mist had gotten on my windshield and within minutes of me bringing it in, they had used steel wool to remove the paint and cleaned the window. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

I am so thankful for the folks at Gerber! I backed out of a parking spot in a wooded driveway and I heard the front bumper of my Camry pull. I did panic a minute, for sure. I called Gerber and they offered to look at it to see if it was in fact drivable as I use it for work every single day. They came right out, checked it out, then the manager of the business shifted it right back into place. What an amazing relief! I cannot tell you how much it means to know we have good people willing to help others and he wouldn't even take any money! Thank you Gerber!!!!
