Everyone at this location was polite and friendly. They did all the repairs in a timely fashion and kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. They finished the work in just under a week. By the time they where done my vehicle looked brand new. Would recommend the burns harbor Gerber.

I would recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends, because everyone was friendly and helpful and made the process easy.I was updated weekly regarding my HRV, while it was in the shop. I had a part on back order so they had my car for over 6 months. Valarie was trying everything to get my part in. I got my car back at the end of September and they did a great job. You can't even tell by looking at the car that there was body work done.
