Love your team here at this location - they all work amazing together and get the customer helped no matter what. They let me know my cars status all through the process and finished 2 weeks ahead of time. Yes i know they can take time to get the car in the shop initially but all places are that way and the fact that they finished well ahead of time was the best Christmas surprise a customer could ask for. Thank you Gerber! If i have to ever have work done again (lets pray i dont) you are who i trust :)

Hello, I recently had my Camry TRD repaired at the Gerber in Ellicott City. I was devastated when the accident occurred as I take my car and its appearance seriously. Kim provided me with consistent updates, and not only was the vehicle returned to me in better condition then it was previously, but it was also completed prior to the week being over. Exceptional service, quality, and craftsmanship from Ellicott City. I will be using Gerber again.

I was first disappointed since my car was in their garage for 10 days waiting for a part while I was paying for a rental car. Finally the part came in and the job was finished within 48 hours. I drove out to pick up the car on a snowy blizzard-y day and the car was promptly ready for me. They even pulled it up to the front door and turned on the heat so I could jump right in. The people were so courteous, especially the guy (name?) who called me with progress reports and who was there to hand my car over to me.
