Very professional and quick job, first let me say as a mechanic I am a tough customer, I can barely tell the car was ever in a wreck, I can, only because of the bodyline on the aftermarket hood, paint match is great, repairs and service superceded my expectations, 4 stars given because 4.5 is not an option, again, I can tell the car has been repaired but it isnt noticeable to anyone else, very close considering aftermarket parts, customer service is outstanding, again, I am a tough customer, quick, professional good job. great experience

I just wanted to compliment Bryan and his team at our local Gerber location. We were involved in a small collision that was resolved through the insurance process. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks amazing. However, the even more impressive part was that while the car was waiting in their lot, it received some more minor damage. Bryan immediately let me know about it, said he would take care of it, and completed that repair quickly as well. I will definitely be referring this Gerber location to friends and family.

The staff at Gerber Collision were very knowledgeable, personable and patient. From the start, the inspection of the damage, handling the insurance claim and loaner car, keeping you updated and informed of the progress to picking up my vehicle they were flawless. I was extremely happy with the finished repair, they went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my vehicle and it was completely cleaned on the inside as well. I am horrible with names but I believe her name is Stephanie (blonde girl) at the counter, she is definitely an asset to Gerber Collision.

Gerber did a fantastic job in making my car look new again. They took the time to cover every detail and not shortcut anything. I was kept up to date every step of the way on the progress of the repairs and were very friendly and patient with me. Being that it was self-pay, they also did a great job on working with me on the price. Will definitely do business again.

Outstanding communication, adheres to set/expectations, collaborates with others on behalf of the customer--if you need to find "these BEST", go no farther--Mike now has a lifetime customer. Adam and his support staff/worker bees could not have made me happier.! Not only was my car done way ahead of what I expected, but it was done beautifully. It looked and smelled like a brand new car!!! Adam kept me in the loop on a regular basis. I really appreciated that. And whenever I saw him or his staff, they couldn't have been friendlier. I love the cleanliness of their facility and the overall welcoming atmosphere. I can not thank you enough!!!!!!
