I was very pleased with the work and service on my car. I brought it in as another vehicle had run into me and GEICO told me to go to Gerber. The whole process was wonderful. The staff was clear, professional and friendly. They even got my vehicle back a few days early as they noticed they were painting with the same color as my car the day I brought it in and made sure to get it prepped and ready in time so I wouldn't have to wait until that color was being painted again. I really appreciated that they made the effort so I didn't have to deal with getting a temporary parking sticker at work and deal with the toll bridge which my car has a sticker for, but the rental didn't. It saved me time and headaches and my car came out looking great. Thanks to the whole crew that made it happen.

The Service at Gerber was phenomenal! They are friendly, helpful and knowledgable, send updates periodically and very prompt with fixing my car, it only took them 1 day.I really appreciate how they cleaned my car, it looks brand new! Thats how service should be. I will use them in the future but hopefully wont have to.

My car was done quicker than I expected which was fantastic and Chris informed me about my car every time that he said that he would call me, which I was very grateful!!!! It was very nice to work with the people here! I felt like my car was a priority and they took great care of me. My car was repaired in under 36 hours of dropping off and they even vacuumed and washed my car! Amazing customer service and very friendly people. Staff openly assisted in the overall navigation process regarding insurance and car rental as well as repair options. They also provided progress reports & timely updates.
