Excellent work! I got my car back within a week after a collision damage and everything looks good as new! My damaged door was replaced, re-painted, and reinstalled. My whole car was rebuffed as a courtesy- no. more minor scratches! The inside flooring looked like it was cleaned and steamed out. Super satisfied with Gerber's service, 5/5 stars would come back again!

The current account for the repairs on our 2002 Lexus LS 430 is under Jennifer L. This is the third time Gerber has done bodywork and paint repairs to this vehicle. Gerber is 110% on any scale. The most recent repairs look almost flawless compared to the damage that had been done. We were kept informed as repairs progressed and were assured if anything was not satisfactory to let them know. I was impressed that the technician who performed the painting was available to tell what he had done to match the paint and the pride he showed in his craftsmanship. Hands down I feel Gerber is on top of the scale when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE and REPAIR of our vehicles. Last repairs for this vehicle was December 2022.

They fixed the issue & the shop tech came to speak with me directly about it, he also apologized. You can tell the culture at Gerber is customer focused and they care about their clients.
