I am extremely pleased with the body work that was done to my car. When I 1st had it towed in I was told it could be as long as 3 weeks before I got my car back. Gerber kept me informed by text as to the progress and to my delight it was ready to be picked up a week later. Everyone I spoke with there was wonderful and helpful. I will gladly recommend Gerber to anyone that needs body work done on an automobile.

I had my door damaged, I returned from out of town I thought the door didn't seem tight they told me to bring back in no questions asked to adjust it , I was a little scared at first when insurance company told me to take my car there cause I had never heard of Gerber before but they did an awesome job

However, Darlene was so professional and personable that I felt much better with the process begun and knowing what to expect. It feels so good to walk into a business and find a friendly, positive environment. And that's exactly what we found at this location. Starting at the front desk, Bethany is efficient, funny and does her job well. She has a great smile to greet all who enter. Our estimator was Zak. He knows his job very well and takes the time to clearly explain what needs to be done, why and potential options if available. He has the ability to discuss the technical aspects of the job in easy to understand terms and is very thorough. He was patient and kind. A lot of the work was done by Jamie. They call him the magician and he lived up to the name. He was able to repair our bumper vs. us having to buy a new one. And it came out looking like new. He definitely made magic for us and exceeded our expectations. When we picked up our truck, we met the ... General Manager, Gary. It was nice to talk with him and be able to tell him how pleased we were with the service we received. It was obvious he was very proud of his team and by the group's interaction with each other, you could tell the team respected each other and valued what each member brought to the table.
