I can't say enough about the customer service at this location. I hit a deer and was sent here by my insurance company. I'm so appreciative for the service as I was in the area working short term. I told the agent my situation and it was no problem. I got a rental next door and was updated on the process as it unfolded. I had my car in 3 weeks looking showroom ready. So blessed through the whole process. Best customer ever, pleas allow them to help you. I had never heard of this company before so I read the reviews and I agree with them

10 Stars! Stefanie S : Allstate insurance who is excellent sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone there is so nice, helpful, polite and professional. My estimate was thorough and showed everything in detail on the paperwork. My car was done earlier than expected. I like to say thank you to the general manager, Joon B. Anthony, who gave my estimate. Ilyana L, the customer service representative who took care of any of my needs. Alonzo who put my car in front so it would be easier for me to leave which meant a lot. Thank you to all for your time, help and excellent of service. All of you showed that you care about me the customer and how you do your jobs.

Unfortunately, we had to take two different vehicles here for separate collision repairs; very fortunately, Gerber was phenomenal from start to finish. From scheduling to the appointment to getting the estimate to dropping off the vehicle to communicating about repairs to pickup at the end, everyone there was professional and eager to please! Would recommend this repair shop over all others!

Gerber truly deserves 10 stars for the job they did on my Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. The truck had to be a few dollars shy of being totalled completely. Enormous amount of damage was done. The front wheel even got knocked off. I was skeptical that they would get it done without issues. Fast forward to me receiving the truck back. Looked better than brand new. Way better. Drove like a brand new vehicle. No shimmy, no shake, not a single vibration. Unreal results. Some of the aftermarket items that I had added were damaged in the accident. All were replaced with top of the line items. No questions asked just amazing results. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicles back for repairs.
