I had my 2012 Toyota RAV4 repaired several times over the years due to my kids borrowing my car. I choose this location every time. Today was the first time that I returned about a collision repair from 2016. The latch has an issue and the bumper had a gap. I did not expect to have the repair done at no cost due to the length of time. But fix it, they DID! THANK YOU Dave for your excellent service, care, concern and desire for lifetime satisfaction! Christina and her office staff were exceptional in their care and attention to even the smallest detail. Dave, a round of applause for you, is definitely overdue. The staff at Gerber Collision in Mooresville went above and beyond to help me with my repairs. It started off when I had an electrical issue with the car, they helped jump it off and ended with the staff staying after hours to allow me to pick up my vehicle before a weekend. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Just received a call from Joe at Gerber Collision in response to a survey I filled out. I obviously read thru the question to quickly and responded "yes" to having to return my car after repair due to an issue. To set record straight this is false, have not had to return for any issues. I have nothing but praise for the work they did and the entire staff. The fact that they noticed my typo and immediately contacted me shows their attention to detail Highly recommend them

I can't say enough about the customer service at this location. I hit a deer and was sent here by my insurance company. I'm so appreciative for the service as I was in the area working short term. I told the agent my situation and it was no problem. I got a rental next door and was updated on the process as it unfolded. I had my car in 3 weeks looking showroom ready. So blessed through the whole process. Best customer ever, pleas allow them to help you. I had never heard of this company before so I read the reviews and I agree with them
