Kiran Patel Todays service oriented businesses owners and individuals looks for bottom line of their business, once customer us in body shop or any other repair shop all they look how they are going to make money out of customer, whether customer needs repair or not. Fortunately I found business where they give more honest opinion and advice. Business I am talking about is Gerber Collision and glass at 1001 Lee St, Des Plaines, illinois, 60018. I was involved in minor accident , my insurance company suggested this place for repair my car, I draw my car there for estimate, I came across, I believe she is a coordinator of repar shop her name is Adriana very nice woman who is very respectfully great me and took all my information, After that I saw Brad who is I believe he is head mechanic in shop he check my car, to my surprise he told me ... you are going to pay $200 deductible for very minor damage on faibarglass fender you don't need repair just save $200.ask mazda dealer for touchup color and fix it yourself. He could have fix it and charge atlist $1400 to my insurance and I would have wind-up paying $200 deductible. Thank you Brad for saving my money. Also thank you Cory for care you gave me. Wow! The Gerber collision repair shop was fantastic to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process on the status of my truck and answered all the questions I had.
