We had pretty extensive damage due to hitting a deer. My insurance company suggested Gerber and I am so glad they did. Gerber handled the claim and did an excellent and timely repair. When I picked the car up, Coryghan explained everything they had done. He also said that when they ran the codes on my engine that my transmission code was alerted. This had nothing to do with the collision, but an internal Nissan problem. He suggested I take the car to the dealer and get them to run the code again. I did that very thing and low and behold, Nissan owned up to their problem and rebuilt my transmission at no cost to myself. I'm extremely grateful to Coryghan and the team at Gerber who thoroughly checked their work and brought issues to my attention. I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision. I was in an accident caused by an uninsured motorist, so I was already in a FUNK. My estimator was Drew v. , and he did a great job explaining the process, the time line and what is involved with the repairs. After picking up the car, he walked through all the repairs with me answering all my questions. But not only Drew, Correen at the front office was exceptional as well, super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ryan another employee worked with me on my vehicle pick up etc. He also, did a great job. I see why State Farm has rated this particular Gerber branch (Gig Harbor) so high. Thank you for making a crappy situation tolerable. YOU ALL ROCK>

The process and everything was great. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to give me updates on my vehicle when I needed them. They gave me original timelines on how long it would take, and then kept in the loop along the way, which was really nice. They looked over the vehicle with me before when I dropped it off and again after I picked it up to make sure everything was good. The repair job looks extremely well done and I felt that they really did a thorough job looking at everything and fixing everything that needed fixed. It was also easy to get a rental car, and Enterprise picked me up at the office and I was able to leave the car there when I picked up my finished vehicle.
