This location and staff were awesome. They did everything they said they were going to do. They kept me informed of the progress of the vehicle being repaired. They had it repaired I think 10 days before they originally estimated. Hopefully we don't have to use them to often. But I would highly recommend Gerber here in Mooresville NC.

The service was outstanding. My vehicle was involved in a minor fender-bender back in March 2023. Unfortunately, during the time of the accident, this Gerber location was swamped with work. The first available time they had for my car to be repaired wasn't until May 25, 2023. That meant I had to drive around with a damaged vehicle for over 2 months. It was frustrating at first but when the day came to take the vehicle, from the moment I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up, the local team at Gerber really took great care of me. My vehicle was dropped off on 5/25 and was anticipated to be completed on 6/16. My car ended up being completed and able to be picked up on 6/8. The shop did a super job on our 2016 F150 with repair made to over 106 hailstone dents plus cracked paint on the cab roof. It looks like a new truck again. Casey the manager came and picked me up because my wife can't drive. That was over and above! Really appreciate that and the very fast service! I recently had Gerber Collision and Glass complete repairs on my 2019 Ford pickup. The damages placed my vehicle in a non-drivable classification. Heath, estimator from Gerber, worked seamlessly with Desiree, adjuster from USAA insurance company, and got my repairs completed with very little vehicle time out of service. The repairs were awesome. I could not tell that any vehicle body work had been done. All repaired and repainted areas matched perfectly. I give this business Five Stars and recommend them to anyone with collision and/or auto glass repairs.
