Our experience with Gerber Collision, on repairing our car, was excellent! Communication is one of the best things a company can do for great customer satisfaction. Natilie told us she would give us an update every Tuesday and Thursday. She did exactly what she promised. We had to wait on some parts, but knew Gerber was still involved in our claim. The result was like a new vehicle! Thank you Gerber/Natilie for your friendliness, workmanship, and especially your customer service! I would use you again and refer anyone to Gerber for repair!

The work was remarkable, beyond expectations in quality. It took less time than I expected. DANNY G, as my contact person, estimator, and who I believe oversaw the results, was a standout. I was kept well informed as to progress. The TECHNICIANS, who I did not meet but worked on my car, did an excellent job. KELLY AT THE FRONT DESK was also outstanding. Danny and Kelly were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and personable. They truly decreased my stress level after a moving hit and run incident to my car. Both DANNY and KELLY are standouts. I believe they are the best you can expect from any colleague or employee. Also-I used Gerber Collision Repair many years ago, with equally great results. Any change in management was well done and well chosen.
