Best customer service I have experienced! Eric was awesome. He was in constant communication keeping me updated on the progress of my Lexus' repairs. When the original replacement door that was ordered arrived damaged (no fault of theirs), he let me know they would make it a priority to replace it asap and they still managed to complete the repair by the original estimated date! Not to mention the quality of work was outstanding. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

We recently made a trip to Tallahassee, and when we got back home here to PCB, we noticed our rear bumper was gone! We just purchased our 2023 Chevy Trailblazer, and now someone took our bumper!! We first went to the dealership, and they estimated it to be $2,000. So we turned our claim into our insurance company, who assigned Gerber Collision in PCB on Front Beach Road to give an estimate. So we made an appointment. When we walked in, we were greeted friendly by John, who seemed to be one of the office managers. He quickly took a look at our bumper issue, then brought the parts up in his computer, and said it was such a simple job, only costing less than $400. So we were able to cancel our insurance claim, and just pay out of pocket. In about a week, our bumper was installed, and the job was completed. We were so happy with this ... collision shop. Their business is run efficiently, and uncomplicated. And they weren't out to break our pocket book. They treated us like family. After having my 2021 Porsche 911 4S run into by a deer, I needed someone to help with the repair of broken glass, 2 dents and paint repair. I chose Gerber Collision and Glass on Douglas Ave in Milwaukee. Chris took excellent care of my car and assured me the repairs would be done carefully and perfectly. The process took several weeks given the difficult color match of my car. The final result looked amazing and I was extremely happy to say the least. Chris and his team did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend them to others. They definitely strive for perfection and I feel that I chose the best place to take my "baby."

I went to Gerber body shop on July 5th.. because I hit a deer on July 3rd... they zip tied my bumper that was cracked.. and torn... and wired up some pieces that could fall if not held up.. it has held up excellent.. even the body shop I went to in grand rapids said it was really secure. I had at least a 5 hour trip home. They were great in fixing my front bumper so I could get home!... thanks again!

One of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Patiently answered all my questions. Called back with more questions, and they were just as friendly. They regularly updated me via text & sometimes via phone on the progress on the repairs. Giving me a percentage completed, so I can plan my week & rental needs. Because they have a relationship with Enterprise Rental, I was able to pickup my repaired car & drop off the rental at the same place. Thus saving me the time & trip to drop off the rental. The repairs were prefect. Can't tell the car was ever in an accident. Will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to family & friends.
