The customer service and repair service were excellent. I would recommend Gerber to a friend. The only suggestion I have is add an automated text update to the customer that lets them know of updates on the repair with an estimated date for completion. My son had repairs to his car and once the shop started work, they would send daily updates and completion date. He could accept or opt out.

John & Leo were extremely helpful! Got into an accident & got my whole back panel of my car replaced along with backup camera! All done in 2 weeks, and they even stayed open late to make sure I could pick up my car. Amazing service !!!

My car looks like new. Even though it took longer to fix apparently due to getting parts, I would highly recommend Gerber. Adrian was very professional and even though he was frustrated with the long wait he never lost his cool. The front desk staff was always friendly and courteous. Thank you for fixing my car!

They didn't just fix the wrecked part, they completely detailed the inside of my car- including a ton of mess from messy kids and spills and stains!
