Enthusiastic Quality Service! The finish on the door of my late model truck had been slightly marred by tiny mist droplets of unknown origin which would not come off in the car wash or when I tried to rub them out with a towel. I realized I needed professional help. Larry made my car look like new again! And I was doubly impressed by the positive enthusiasm with which he did his job!

I can not say enough good things about this Anderson, Indiana location. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! Tina at the front desk was so nice and explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. Ryan was my estimator and he was amazing. So professional and polite. He made me feel relaxed in an already stressful situation. He was in contact with me 3 different times during the days of repair and explained each time exactly where they were in the process and gave an estimate of completion date. I never had to call one time to get a update. That is very rare! I can not remember a time when I have ever had such phenomenal customer service. And then the quality of the repairs were amazing. Had my car done in less than a week where places I have been to in the past would have my car for upwards of 2-3 weeks. It is not common these days to see both expert professional and customer service. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the process and repair, and very impressed by the customer service. Michael, our estimator and representative, was very detailed in describing things before and after, and kept me informed. Worked well with insurance and car rental. Honest and efficient. I hope I don't need these services again, but wouldn't hesitate to return.
