Service was outstanding! It took quite a while to get our vehicle back, supply chain issues you know, but when we did it was awesome. The vehicle was so clean, repairs were outstanding, Austin was just the best! We still have to go back for one more piece that is on back order, all part of the supply chain issue happening everywhere. We are confident Austin will call as soon as it arrives. Office personnel very courteous! Austin explained everything simply during the whole repair process. Totally recommend this location!

Five stars for sure. My car was in for collision repair and I worked with Ben J. in Perrysburg. He was excellent, he explained everything. And when the chrome was backordered, he let us know immediately. He went to a meeting in Columbus and heard someone saying they couldnt use some chrome. He checked and and brought it back for my car. This location was very courteous, professional. Will definitely tell someone who needs work.

We were struck by a hit and run vehicle at 10:45PM on a Friday evening. We called Gerber the next morning and Vincent was kind enough to give us an estimate at 9:30 AM on a Saturday. Vincent was in constant contact with our insurance company, updated us on the progress of our car often and the team repaired it to perfection in less than 2 weeks. With the shortage of parts in the marketplace today, Vincent and the team at Gerber worked diligently to make sure everything needed to repair our vehicle was available for us. When we picked up our car, the manager Don was kind enough to go over all the repairs and inspection with us. He reminded us that we have a lifetime warranty and if anything should need to be adjusted or repaired again to call him immediately. Not only was our car perfect on the outside, they even detailed the inside of our ... car for us as well. If ever we need any body work done on our car again, we would trust Gerber without hesitation. You can always tell the character of a company by the people that represent it's brand. The team at Gerber was empathetic to us regarding our accident, instrumental in repairing our car exceptionally and efficiently, and were in constant communication with us throughout the process.
