My car was repaired to perfection with quick turnaround. But my praise really falls to Briana working in the office. I struggled with communication with the insurance company of the person that hit me. By the time I got to Gerber after months of driving my damaged vehicle, I was frustrated. Briana took immediate action and went above and beyond to help me. She had to fight to communicate with the insurance company as well, and she did so happily and always kept me in the loop. It was my first time in an accident, and Briana made sure to explain everything clearly to me and be patient as I asked questions. There is no better customer service. I will 100 percent recommend all of my friends and family to Gerber on Indian Park.
