I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service at the Chesterton, IN location. I will start by saying that my parents car had over $15,000 worth of repairs done here. The final product left us with a vehicle that was impeccable. The car looks identical to when they bought it brand new a few years ago. It looks perfectly and it drives perfectly. Finally, the communication from this location is outstanding. As promised, I received a call every single Tuesday and Thursday (from Joe) who explained the status of the repairs and what the next steps would be. Even if there was no update, Joe called to check in. When I picked up the vehicle with my dad they thoroughly walked around the vehicle with us and Joe even called later in the day to follow up and make sure we were still satisfied. The insurance compaany anticipated 21 days for the repair but they fixed my car in 10! It was very well done and it looked even better than before. The gave great after care instructions and provided great customer service. Everyone was friendly and I dont know if it is normal but they even stayed open later so I could pick my car up the exact day I dropped off my rental. It was perfectly aligned!
