They are very friendly, efficient (my vehicle was fixed great in six days) and they call you every Tues/Thurs with updates -That is unique IMO -and are great and helpful with rental car communication and transactions. Leslie the Office Manager is wonderful, calm and efficient. I hope not to need collision repair again but will definitely choose Gerber if I do,

I took my car (a Ford Mustang) to Gerber Collision because, by my own fault, I pulled into a parking space and pulled up too close and ran front end over the curb. After backing up, I noticed (and heard) that I had scraped the bottom of my front end hard enough so that the plastic protector was hanging down on the passenger's side and there was a small crack in the protector. I took it over to Gerber at the advice of CarX and they were able to look at it immediately. They quoted me a price of the 2 pieces involved, both of the brand and after-market, since this would be going underneath the car and no one would see it anyway. They also told me that they would see if they could fix the existing piece first to save me money. After almost an 1-1/2 later, they repair specialist came and told me that they were able to re-shape the piece that ... was there and fix it completely and put it back on and refasten it. I did not have to buy any new pieces. They saved me a ton of money and literally did everything they could to not have to replace the piece. They never tried to sell me the new parts just to me money. The people there were super-friendly and always kept me informed step-by-step as to what was going on and about how long it was going to take. The team at Gerber collision & Glass were informative great service very attentive to keeping me up to date with each process for over 3 weeks very easy to bring my car over and pick up my rental and then getting my car and returning my rental was perfect I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone The staff were fantastic All of them Thank you so much

The service was great. The car came back looking like new, cleaned and vacuumed. They checked and double checked to make sure the car was ready to go home. The staff was very helpful and so friendly. I would refer all my friends there if they needed repairs.
