Very friendly staff! The office and shop were very clean and organized. I loved receiving the proactive update calls every Tuesday and Thursday. That was over the top! I was told each Tuesday and Thursday what was currently happening with my vehicle and what would be next. In all my years of using body shops, I've never received this type of special customer service. They even returned my rental car! Gerber will be the only body shop I ever use again. Thank you!

How did I not know about this place? Jorge & the staff at Gerber are simply the best! They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous & so personable. Plus it is so close to where I live. I love the convenience. Originally it was stated my repairs might take up to 10 business days. It only took 5! They called to update me exactly when they said they would. My car looked absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. Inside & out! The whole process of dealing with them & the insurance was such an easy, smooth transition that I felt like I was truly in goid hands. Thank you Gerber Collision for all your hard work & amazing results. You are so deserving of a 5 star rating but if I could have, I would have given you a 10! If I ever need auto services again I will definitely come back here!

Gerber Collision is my go to place for all repairs. Jesika and Kori are the best. I also want to say that there entire staff in the back doing repairs needs a shout out as well. You all are amazing. In my 30 years living in the Austin area I have used four collision repair places and when I couldn't go to my favorite, they don't exist now, I chose you'll and it was the best decision I could have made. Your outstanding customer service has made me a huge fan. Keep up the great work. The only one thing I wish could change is the offering of Saturdays for picking up your vehicle or a secure drop box to leave vehicle keys in for after hours pickup/drop off options.
