Couldn't be more satisfied: They had the best estimate over other shops (by over $1000); every time I showed up, they already had everything prepped and ready to go; the work was done ahead of schedule; the work was done flawlessly, with not even the slightest indication any work was ever done in the first place; they even returned my car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off (and I keep my car very clean). These guys are pros and I couldn't be happier with their overall professionalism and the quality of the work. From the front desk to their technicians, I was impressed with all of them-other shops I talked to (cough, cough... Kendrick...cough) are not even close.

To my surprise the experience/interactions here were top-notch. The on-site technician (Anthony) took the time needed to listen to the issue, address all concerns I had and explained what was going on with my car. The service was actually great . I came in the office and the 2 beautiful ladies that work in the front were so sweet and informative. They reassured me that everything will be fine and it was . One of them walked out and looked at the car with me and gave me all the information I needed . The followed up with me every single time on my car , from when it got started on , when they got parts , any delays to when I physically got the car back . I would definitely want this location to work on my car again .
