Eric at Gerber Utica has spent the last year going above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. I was super satisfied with the work done on my car after the accident and later had a different issue where I was told by another mechanic that it was auto accident related but really wasn't. Eric was able to help solve the mystery and get me back on the road super fast which is important for a busy working mom. Nicole is super sweet at the front desk and always has a smile on her face. I do auto accidents as an area of law that my office covers and plan to recommend Gerber to my future clients. I am so thankful!

Picked up my jeep on 2-27-24 and I'm blown away by the incredible job done repairing it. Looked just like when I bought it years ago, excellent job. Even cleaned the inside which I'm so appreciative of, mom on the go all the time so it gets neglected. Staff is so nice and friendly and made my experience so easy going. Geico however didn't contact like they said they would so they didn't know I was coming but they didn't turn me away. Talked with me for a bit and went over the damage and made the arrangements for repair. Kept me in the loop via text as the work was being done. Everyone at this location is to be applauded for their kindness and hard work. I am an extremely happy customer.
