Gerber made me feel like a Rock Star! I felt valued. They assessed my accident in a very short time. They ordered a rental for me. The car that was sent was too large for me. No problem! The next day someone drove me to the car rental to find a car that would be comfortable for me to drive. My car was fixed in a timely matter. The repair was over the top. The paint match was perfect. They washed and polished the area that was fixed. It looked better then before the accident. I highly recommend Gerber in Greenville S.C. I give them 10 stars!!!

It's the people that make or break a business. The Horseheads location has the right people in the right positions. Jason has very good customer service skills and is the first person that answers the phone or you see when you walk in the door. He is the ideal person for that position. Brian is the manager and is also the ideal type of person that you want in that position. I had a situation where a different facility did subpar work and the people at the Horseheads Facility assured me that they would "make it right". They handled a difficult situation and "made it right" for the customer. Based on my experience with Brian and Jason, I would recommend the Horseheads Gerber Facility to anyone.

Customer service was excellent. The initial estimate was realistic. The work performed was satisfactory and done quickly. My car had frontend damage from hitting a deer. My car was dropped off on Monday and returned Friday of the same week. Especially appreciated were the telephone updates on the status of my repairs. I will recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends.
