My experience with Gerber Collision was very positive. Lloyd kept me informed along the way. My car was ready ahead of schedule and looks great! Lloyd even called Enterprise to arrange for returning my rental so all I had to do was pick up my car when it was repaired! Viola at the front desk is super helpful too. This team provided great service!

Unfortunately I was rear-ended, no fault of my own. I thought this whole incident was going to be a big headache for me going through the person at fault's insurance and getting my car repaired. I chose Gerber Collision in Victor because they had repaired a car for me when "A deer hit my car" and did a beautiful job, it looked brand new when they were finished with the repairs. This time I am even more impressed because they literally took care of everything. Keeping the other insurance company informed with initial cost and additional cost once they started the work, they had a rental car lined up for me that picked me up when I dropped off my car for repair, they called Enterprise to pick up the rental car I dropped off when when my car was complete. So the customer care was an 11 out of 10, thank you Michelle! With all that ... being said, they also did an amazing job on fixing all the damage, and the repainting the areas that they needed to, also an 11 out of 10!!! I was kept informed as to everything going on with parts coming in, and the timeline for completion, which I totally appreciated, as well as his kindness throughout the entire process, thanks Will! I could not be any happier with the entire process and outcome of my car repair, 11 out of 10!!! Thank you to all the people in the shop. Thank you for an all around amazing job to everyone at Gerber Collision at Victor. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Kim was a wonderful person to work with. It only took 2 1/2 weeks to repair my poor car. It did take 1 month to get in for an estimate, but after that things went quickly, smoothly and Kim was in touch with any updates. I will bring all my cars to them for repairs from now on.

Gerber made me feel like a Rock Star! I felt valued. They assessed my accident in a very short time. They ordered a rental for me. The car that was sent was too large for me. No problem! The next day someone drove me to the car rental to find a car that would be comfortable for me to drive. My car was fixed in a timely matter. The repair was over the top. The paint match was perfect. They washed and polished the area that was fixed. It looked better then before the accident. I highly recommend Gerber in Greenville S.C. I give them 10 stars!!!
