Stumbled on this location from google reviews after dealership referred us to another. They were backed up 2 1/2 months and the front desk was not so user friendly. Google reviews were strong so we decided to try. This turned out to be a blessing. Girl at front desk was so professional, helpful, and a delight to work with. I really did not know the business was here, a hidden gem. Needless to say, we got our car back in the week and we feel it looks better than before the small accident. Greatly pleased. We would definitely recommend this location to others. We appreciate you Gerber Thanks.

My husband and I have had an issue with a part on our van for weeks that we simply couldn't resolve on our own. On a Friday afternoon, when we knew the shop was trying to end a very long week, we took the chance to stop in to see if we could get some help. C.J. immediately assisted us and within minutes, we were on our way with our issue solved. This was extremely important to us as my husband is a catastrophically injured veteran from a military accident and my son was born with a disability and cannot walk. Both are confined to wheelchairs and our van is our only vehicle. This act of kindness took a huge amount of stress off of us. We cannot thank C.J. enough for his help and will definitely return! It was refreshing to experience such great service and such a kind soul. Thank you again, C.J.

Once I received my estimate I was able to book an appointment in a timely manner, and work was done on my vehicle right away as soon as I dropped it off. It was even completed ahead of schedule. They coordinated with Enterprise to get my rental car making that process hassle free for me. Thanks Dakota for being there from beginning to end, and for keeping me updated throughout the process. Big thanks to everyone who works there for a job well done! I highly recommend them!
