Gerber took such good care of my Subaru - very thorough job. It took longer than expected but they let me know up-front that it was possible after disassembly to see full extent of damage. The woman on the phone/front desk was absolutely great. So friendly and she answered all my questions and gave me some tips for working with Allstate (the woman at fault's insurer who was paying for the damages). Although Allstate was not easy to deal with, Gerber was terrific and regular text messages with status updates were super helpful. Thanks so much!

Not only did they do a great job at repairing my vehicle, they had it back to me before the expected date and gave me a full run down of what to expect with taking care of it and my life time warranty. I had no issues at all from them with how they handle the insurance to the rental care. Top notch job. Highly recommended for your car needs!

On June 16th a trailer I was towing came off the hitch and did extensive damage to my 2020 Ram pickup. AAA decided they were going to total the vehicle which I was dead against. They would have been paying twice as much to total it compared to fixing it. I understand the percentages and formulas they use to decide if a vehicle is to be totaled or not. I fought AAA on this issue until finally Jason Brookhouse of the Muskegon, Michigan store on Apple Ave. went to bat for me. Yesterday afternoon, two months after the claim was filed and no positive communication with AAA, Jason & I both received communications from AAA that they have decided to repair my vehicle after Jason's efforts. Jason did not have to reach out to AAA on my behalf whatsoever, but did. I just wanted to express my gratitude at the above and beyond customer service I ... have and am receiving at Gerber Collision. Jason has initiated repairs as of this morning and after two months, I am extremely pleased to be getting my vehicle back shortly. read more
