The estimate was very detailed, documented and clear. Two days after receiving the estimate, my car was at Gerber being repaired. Gerber kept me well informed of the progress of my repair and in 4 days the work was completed and I am thrilled at the results. Thank you Gerber for your outstanding service.

In such a busy, not always kind world, it gets hectic out there! As a 78 year old female, it can be quite confusing. Now combine it with an accident in your "less than a month old" car and you have my week! I have never had an accident before, so I had no idea what to do or where to go. My insurance company told me to get intouch with Gerber Collision. They were terrific! From Lisa's warm greeting as you enter, to Joe's estimator expertise, it was easy. Now, I don't recommend you have an accident to prove me right, but IF you do, I highly recommend Gerber Collision to you or anyone you love. They'll get the best, I promise. Gerber is always my first call or the first company I mention when someone says they need auto glass or collision repair. I have used Gerber 3 times and each and every time, my repairs are perfect! This time I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Stephanie and I couldn't have gotten better service; from the moment I called until my vehicle was ready, they were helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. My car looks so good, you can't even tell someone smashed into my car. Also, I just want to say it is the "little things", like picking up car and noticing that they cleaned up all of the spilled coffee spots from the coffee that went all over the interior of my car when I was hit.
