The staff at Gerber in Palatine, Illinois go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The body shop work is excellent, but most importantly the staff is friendly, accommodating with rides and rentals, and my car is always so clean on return. This was my third visit, and when you unfortunately have to repair your car, in my case only one instance was paid by insurance, at least you know you are getting your car back in perfect shape and you paid a fair price. I would highly recommend.
