The Gerber team at Port Richie did an excellent job of repairing the driver side of my Subaru Ascent due to an animal collision. They worked with both my insurance company and a local car rental company to make the down to for my vehicle almost transparent. Along with the repairs and paint matching which looks great, the coordination and communication with me was fantastic.

Exceptional customer service, keeping me updated throughout the process and astounding body shop! My car took longer than expected through no fault of the shop. Every time Wendy would call she would apologize like it was their fault. I guess because they're used to customers complaining? She was spectacular all the way through the process! I've never had anyone go above and beyond like they did.
