I was very pleased with the service that I received. I was called throughout the repair to keep me informed of the progress. I also received my car back sooner than anticipated. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE IMPRESSED WITH A REPAIR SHOP. THE TEAM AT GERBER IS AN AWESOME TEAM WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD MY ACCIDENT ON CHRISTMAS DAY AND IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP 2 DAYS AFTER THE NEW YEAR. CONSIDERING THE TIME OF YEAR (HOLIDAY SEASON) AND VACATION TIME SPENT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS THIS SHOP DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB IN ENSURING THAT I GOT MY VEHICLE BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE WARM SMILES FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN UNTIL I CAME BACK TO PICK MY VEHICLE UP AND THE PHONE CALLS IN BETWEEN MADE ME FEEL EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE ABOUT THE REPAIR OF MY VEHICLE. When u went to get a simple passenger door opened the manger Anthony was nice and took care of my door quickly and efficiently! I would recommend going here and when I ever need another repair I plan on going back! :)
