The staff in Plainfield really works as a team. From the front office to the techs in the back everyone was great. The customer service there is outstanding. My lead person was Nick. His professionalism was A-plus. And when Nick wasn't available Eddie stepped in, what TEAMWORK. The manager Tony really runs a smooth operation. I would recommend Gerber in Plainfield to anyone who wants to have satisfying experience.

brought my car in .Although i was told i could take my car anywhere i wanted i was recommended by my insurance company to try Gerber. Best move ever. The staff was very professional. Mr. Nick Kimbrough was the gentleman that did the inspection for my car and kept me up to date what was going on and when my car would be ready. When my car was ready and i came to pick it up it was cleaned and you couldn't tell what the car was brought in for. Excellent work. I will indeed tell anyone that is in need of body repair about Gerber.

My overall experience with Gerber was superior. The work on my car was excellent, but what was even more impressive was my customer service experience from beginning to end. Tony, the manager, was thorough in explaining the process and interaction with my insurance carrier and me. Eddie was a joy to deal with. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and followed-up with me throughout the process. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service and work performed by Gerber staff.
