After having an unfortunate circumstance with my accident, Gerber Collision and Glass made the process so seamless and easy. The employees were respectful, patient, and very professional. They called immediately when they got in touch with my insurance and were communicative with me throughout the whole process. Upon completion of the service they called me to pick up my vehicle and made sure to show me each of the repairs, even though it was getting late. The manager stayed late for me to accommodate my pick up and overall, I am extremely satisfied. Couldn't have asked for a better collaboration.

Fortunately I have very little experience with collision repair. My car was injured without my presence in a garage and they were paying for it. Gerber handled this with utmost professionalism and took care of me every step of the way. Kudos to all, especially Jessica, who kept me informed and involved. Great honest repair work!
