The service was actually done at the location in Lutz, State Rd 54. The staff was very professional and personable. Dina was extremely helpful. I would also like to mention Bob Mennings.who referred me. I have had the pleasure of knowing Bob for a few years, He always greets you with a smile and a kind word. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone needing their services.

Raye - was soooooooo amazing. I have never ever had customer service like I received from her. She was extremely curteous and pleaseant. She contacted me twice a week to provide me with updates on my car repairs. She detailed everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way with my car. I was at ease with my decision to have my car repaired with Gerber. I usually take my vehicle to the dealership for all services, but now Gerber will be a definite choice for future service. I will recommend Raye as a consultant to all my friends and co-workers. She is just the BOMB!

"dear STEVE, i would like to take a moment to tell you how thrilled i am with the work you all do ! this is the second time in the past year and a half that i've brought my TOYOTA AVALON to your shop for paint and bodywork. on both occasions the work was not only " first class " , but was done in a very timely manner. you have an excellant staff , and i include LISA , & RAE in that. on this most recent repair, i expected to have to have the trunk completely resprayed as well as having to purchase new chrome lettering . you could have left it go at that, but instead LISA told me that they were able to buff- out most of the scratches. the result being that it looks fabulous., and they even did the hood for me , thus saving me a considerable expense. thank you all once again .
