The team at this location repainted my husband's Kia Optima recently. Not only were we extremely satisfied with the quality of the paint job, but we were really impressed by the customer service. Though this particular job was not a quick one (they had to paint the entire car and then rebuild it), we were thankful at how attentive they were and how understanding they were of the fact that we were down to one car during the time that the Optima was in the shop. We really appreciate the staff at this location and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you SO much.

repair to my car was perfect. i ran a body for a new car dealership up north and was hired by the second largest insurance company in the state as an appraisal supervisor. ive never seen a bodyshop that could compare with gerber in zephrhills-also, the employee are the best.

Dealing with Sam H. was a great pleasure. He explained everything very well and promised to have my car repaired in no more than one weeks time. It was completed a day ahead of schedule. Also the receptionist was excellent to work with. I thought having the car repaired would be a big hassle but as I soon found out I never knew having a car repaired would be so easy. My family and I had a very challenging situation occur. My 17yo daughter in Florida had a car accident and my wife and I are stationed in Germany with the US Army. She helped us over the course of three weeks deal with our daughters car situation. She kept us informed and went above in beyond what I would have expected for customer service. Rae and Ed were of great assistance. Rae took a look at my car and knew exactly what I needed to get back in the road again. In a very short time, I got my car back and they didn't even charge me. I had an after market rear bumper installed and painted. Junior, the painter, did an excellent job of installing and matching the paint color. Rae and Frank kept me up to date of the progress. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have concerns about paint.

I had an accident and was told to go to Gerber's Auto Body - the damage was very slight but had to be taken care of - Robert Drain helped me and was able to take away the scrapes on my door and fix the bumper free of charge. You are so very fortunate to have Robert as an employee - because of his kindness and helpful manner I have told a myriad of people how wonderful Gerber is.
