Wonderful service great employees. David and Josh took care of the issue promptly and efficiently. Ashley was wonderful at the front desk. I wish all my interactions with the service industry was like Gerber.

I worked with David and he was exceptional. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave a sense of comfort that you dont normally find in these moments. My car was fixed like new and i will be back in case anything else happens.

My college kid had a fender bender. David was so kind to work through options with me. He helped smooth it out the best he could and recommended waiting til she's done w college (and not in that driving environment, parking garage, etc) to fix it. He could've told me it needed fixing just for the money but was honest and a great guy! Even showed me where to find the paint color on the door if I wanted to purchase touch up paint on my own. I will definitely return there!!! Also, their online program to submit pictures for an online quote was so easy to use and a quick response, too!

After a truck v deer accident we took our truck to Gerber. They did excellent work. The weekly updates were awesome and helpful. The staff were very understanding as we were dealing with a death in the family at drop off time. 10/10 will USA again.

I am very impressed with everything about this company, from the front desk to the completed repair. When I picked up my car it looked like a new car, and I was unable to see that it had ever been damaged. I am giving a 5 star rating to all the staff. I will certainly recommend gerber to friends and family. Thank you Charlie for keeping us updated and it was a pleasure to work with you.
