Gerber-Wausau did a very good job repairing my car. I was extremely impressed with the fact they communicated with me at every stage of the repairs. My car came back clean and looking great. Repairs appear to have been done correctly. The car handles properly and all sensors appear to be working correctly. Steve was very good with communications. Thank you.

All I can say is: Amazing customer service!! Mike is an example of "going beyond the norm". Outstanding communication, adheres to set/expectations, collaborates with others on behalf of the customer--if you need to find "these BEST", go no farther--Mike now has a lifetime customer. He could teach other companies how to execute wonderful customer care.

Adam and his support staff/worker bees could not have made me happier.! Not only was my car done way ahead of what I expected, but it was done beautifully. It looked and smelled like a brand new car!!! Adam kept me in the loop on a regular basis. I really appreciated that. And whenever I saw him or his staff, they couldn't have been friendlier. I love the cleanliness of their facility and the overall welcoming atmosphere. I can not thank you enough!!!!!!

Work was excellent. Did take almost 2 weeks to repair which when we initially discussed it sounded as though it would only be a week, but with how good of a job they did, having the guarantee, and the staff being so kind, I will definitely take my car back for needed repairs in the future.

We had our 3 week old, 2022 Toyota Highlander repaired by Gerber on 63rd and Douglas, Milwaukee. We were referred to Chris and Adam by our new car salesman, who told us if we wanted the repairs to be perfect, go to these people at Gerber. The repairs and paint work that repaired the front end damage was done as close to factory perfect as possible. Thank you to Chris for getting us in and assuring us that they would take care of us, and Adam for your professionalism in developing the estimate, dealing with the insurance company and especially for keeping us in the loop during the entire process. If you had a 1-10 rating, he would get a 10. We also want to thank the front office staff who were personable and kind. We will NOT hesitate to refer others and to return with any further auto body repair needs.

I (unfortunately) had to be serviced by them twice in a span of a few short months because of 2 accidents back to back. It was frustrating but I wasn't even worried when the 2nd accident happened because I knew exactly who would be helping me. Gerber employees are beyond helpful. They are so nice, they seem to really enjoy their jobs and strive to make their customers happy. I will always recommend them! Hopefully I don't need to use them again, but if I need to, I won't hesitate to choose them.

My Kia was broken into, and my insurance was integrity. I am extremely happy, and totally blown away by the wonderful service that I received at your company on Douglas Avenue in Milwaukee, starting with the amazing receptionist when I called she was so helpful and her calming voice made me feel a lot better. I never went through something like this and I was a little freaked out. She was amazing and then I was introduced to Adam Who was doing the estimate and he was so professional so knowledgeable. and very upfront and honest he exceeded My expectations he contacted me every step of the way and assured me he would take care of everything .
