NC - 225 Old Dairy Rd, Wilmington - 4/28/26

I drove over to this business on 4/23/2026 to get an estimate on the white paint that someone lightly grazed on my year old car in the front bumper and above it. My daughter's family has used this company unfortunately, three times before. I had the nicest guy come out with his pad and pen and checked out my car. He said to hold on and that he would be right back. Shortly, he came out with a cloth and a magic potion that he used to remove all of the white paint. I asked him how much was the bill and he said nothing, it was on us. Luckily it never went deeper than the paint on my car. This rarely happens in today's world so I am very grateful for how they treated me.

This location and the people servicing this location are exceptional. They have helped me as Cannon's and now as Gerber, and I can't say enough good things about them and the many, many repairs (I'm not a bad driver, we just have a few older cars LOL!) they have done for us. So grateful for Heather, Kinsey, and Landon, and of course all the technicians!
