There was a lot for the insurance company to review before we got a final decision. So it took longer. But in the end I'm very pleased with the repair and the paint matched perfectly!. Chad kept me in the loop and was a straight shooter so it was easy to work with them to resolve this repair. I definitely felt like I got first class repair for my hail damage.

He explained everything to me simply and as a first time getting a big fix kindly walked me through the process of working through insurance. They helped me out in getting my repair done a little early too when I needed to leave for vacation.
