I would give this body shop 5 stars, my car looks as good as new. The car was clean and shinny but best of all the completion date was a week before I was quoted. I a really happy with that even though I had a rental it is just not the same as your own car. Thank you to the friendly employees from the first meeting, helping with rental, calling or emailing on the progress of the car. Steller job I would recommend them to anyone that was part of an accident. I hope I win the $50.00 to recoup some of my deductible. (The accident was not my fault) the driver did not have enough coverage. :(

Very clean, professional. Received a call indicating that it would be finished on Monday; however, I was told by Mike it would be at least a week. Received no follow-up call on Monday, car was finished on Wednesday. Received a call at 4:50 PM, it closed at 5:30, was pleased that they took the rental car at their location. Communication could be a little bit more accurate. Very nice and friendly.

Wow! The service was very professional. Staff was very friendly. Car was delivered on time. Even a little scratch, that has nothing to do with the collision, was corrected when I pointed to the technician. This is a brand new car. Thanks Gerber. It looks like nothing happened. Two thumb up.
