Sandy is a true professional and very knowledgeable and walked me through the repair process from start to finish. The shop did a super job on our 2016 F150 with repair made to over 106 hailstone dents plus cracked paint on the cab roof. It looks like a new truck again. Casey the manager came and picked me up because my wife can't drive. That was over and above! Really appreciate that and the very fast service! And that the crew protected my truck and did not return it with any dents. A++

I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision and Glass in West Melbourne. The workmanship was top-notch and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did they complete the repairs on my car in a timely manner, but they went above and beyond to get my car back to me earlier than estimated. From the moment I walked in the door, the team at the body shop was professional and attentive to my needs. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and provided me with a detailed estimate of the repairs that were needed. They even went so far as to provide me with regular updates on the progress of the repairs, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of car repairs.

From my first visit to the shop, my interaction with Mr. Timothy G. was very efficient and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way (Phone calls and text) reassuring me that my car was in good hands and being well taken care of. At pick-up the repair was excellent, and I was very pleased with the service provided by Timothy and Gerber. I hope not to have to use Gerber services in the future, but if I do need collision repair services I will come back to Gerber and will recommend them if asked.

Needed a second opinion to get my car looked at to fix some dash lights after an accident. Timothy was great and told me that all it needed was for the front bumper to be properly calibrated. Was very informative and the staff kept me up to date about what was going on. Imperial body master was unable to get this fixed after leaving me hanging for 2 months so I had to find a shop to do it. So don't go here. Gerber on the other hand was awesome. They are the one stop shop for all your accident and glass needs. If I ever need a shop again I'm calling Timothy. Best experience I've had in a long time.
