Paul C. was my service advisor for my vehicle and repaired my car around the original estimate date. There was some miscommunication among the damages to the body, and the car was almost done a week earlier, so I understand Mr. C. went above and beyond in regards to my car's repair. Overall service outside of Mr. C. was also phenomenal

This Feedback is for the repairs I had on my 2011 Toyota Corolla after I had an accident at the end of January. Paul C. and the repair team deserve a standing ovation and commendation for their speed and professionalism throughout the process and did an amazing job getting my car done 4 days before the estimated completion time. Pauls due diligence is greatly appreciated as he saved me close to $150 dollars on a rental car as I was foolish and didn't have rental coverage. I will be recommending Gerber Collision and Glass, and more specifically the Waterford location, to anyone I know for auto body repairs. I can't express to you how thankful I truly am for the way Paul made me feel during our interaction and made me feel comfortable as this was my first accident in over 16 years of driving.
