The front office is wonderful! Everyone is helpful, polite and caring. I worked with Carrie C., she was great. Carrie thought my car would be a next day turn around, but the repair was completed the same day it was taken in. It doesn't look like it was ever damaged, it's like new again. It was a painless experience and if the need should arise again, I would return.

Took my vehicle in a Monday after my wife hit a deer. Our van was completed that Friday. Service was 1st class all the way. The van was not only repaired but detailed interior and exterior. It was like driving a new vehicle again. Just awesome.

My experience with Gerber Collision in Marysville was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! From the initial estimate (which was right on target) to the actual repair, everyone was very professional and did an outstanding job. In addition, they were able to complete the repairs in 1/2 of the time (saving me money on a rental car). I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean - inside and out - my car was when it was finished.
